Home Terms & Conditions

We agree to hire the Equipment detailed on the Quotation (and/or) Invoice to you on these Terms and Conditions of Hire and any other supplementary terms noted on the Quotation / Invoice and supplied with the Equipment.

Hire Period

Hire of Equipment is on a “same day” basis.

Hire Charges

The minimum order value is as follows:
Dubai AED 300, not including the delivery charge.
Sharjah AED 750, not including the delivery charge.
Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah AED 1,000, not including the delivery charge.
Fujairah and Al Ain AED 1,200, not including the delivery charge.
You will pay the hire charges as detailed on the Quotation or Invoice in return for hiring the Equipment from us. Any delay in returning the Equipment by the scheduled or agreed time will incur additional hire charges.
Extra charges will apply for extension of time for any crew-based services on a per hour (or part thereof) basis

Payment

Client shall pay (50%) of the price on confirming his order and then (50%) the remaining payment on the day of the event.

Cancellation

Incase of canceling the event between the confirmation date and before the delivery of the equipment, Little Bear’s Parties and Entertainment Services shall have the full right to keep the advance payment which has been paid by the client, and the client declares that it is a correct moral and monetary compensation owed to Little Bear’s Parties and Entertainment Services as a result.
Bookings can be amended ONLY up to three days prior to the event date.
Cancellation more than one week ahead of the event date will be refunded in full.
Any cancellation within one week of the event date is charged at 50% of the Booking value.
Any cancellation within three days of the event date will be charged the full Booking value.
The reason for the cancellation is irrelevant, this includes cancellation due to poor weather conditions.

Care of Equipment

Materials will be delivered in A1-1 condition. Materials lost or irreparably damaged will be charged at our current replacement cost that shall be incurred by client.

Permissions and Licenses

Any government or municipal permissions and licenses required to undertake work will be the responsibility of the client

Staff

Little Bear’s staff will remain on hand until such time as the Client and Little Bear’s deem handover and erecting are completed. Any additional requirements for staff to remain on hand throughout the event will be charged at our standard terms and prices.

Security

The Client should provide 24 hours security for our equipment/materials from the date of installation until dismantling the items from the site.

Parental Supervision

Parental / guardian supervision is required at all times. Little Bear’s shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to any person or property during the party.

Safety Notice

For your safety and the safety of all who use Little Bear’s equipments, please take note of the attached SAFETY NOTICE and consider as a part of this contract.
Once the client signs the safety notice, that means the client adheres to all the terms and shall be responsible of any injuries, damages or losses caused by breach of any of them.

The Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have the full jurisdiction to rule over any dispute might arise between the Parties hereto.

Rules of Play

These rules are a legal requirement and are assigned to ensure the safety of all users. A responsible adult of a minimum age of 18 years must supervise the children at all times.

1)No Party Poppers or Silly String to be used on our inflatable and soft play pods
Make sure that children remove shoes, glasses and any sharp objects, such as buckles, pens, knives etc. before entering the inflatable or soft play pod

3)No flipping, no piling on, no wrestling and horseplay on the inflatable shall be allowed. No any activity that is likely to result in injury shall be allowed.
Users should not climb on walls or netting. Do not allow users who are taller than the outside walls, when standing on the inflated bed, to use the unit.

5) Do not play on the step/front apron. Never jump or play on a partially inflated unit.

6)Do not allow any person or group of persons to be on the unit, except those for whom it was designed. i.e. Older children must not be allowed on units intended for toddlers.

7) Do not go near the inflatable fan especially if you are wet. Play should not be allowed on wet surfaces or during persistent rain.

8) Children are not allowed to go near the electricity of the inflatable since it poses a danger and turning it off may deflate the unit and injure the children who are playing near it.

IMPORTANT

Concern and awareness should be given to prevailing wind conditions. The inflatable can turn over in high wind, which could result in injury to users. Do not operate until adverse weather conditions cease.

Little Bear’s Parties and Entertainment Services cannot be held responsible for any damage to underground cables or pipes in the vicinity of the inflatable. Please ensure the area chosen to erect the inflatable or soft play pod is free of all the aforementioned objects.

Little Bear’s Parties and Entertainment Services will not be responsible for any injury or accident prior and after the party since we already have the aforementioned Rules and Regulations.

Once the party is over, the client will be responsible for the safety of their children and for the items that are left in their location until they are taken.

Please Note: No face paint, food, drinks, chewing gum, shoes, sharp objects, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, smoking, pets, toys, sharp instruments, henna, and paints are allowed by users on or near the castle and soft play equipment. If damage occurs, additional repairs or replacements charges will be added
